Subprocessors
Last updated: September 14, 2026
ExpandAI, Inc. uses service providers to deliver and support the Services. This page describes the providers involved and the information they may process. Which providers process your information depends on the features you use and how your requests are handled.
A subprocessor is a service provider that processes personal information on our behalf when we process that information for a customer. Providers used for our own account administration, billing, and communications are listed separately below. A provider's role can vary with the service it provides.
Service delivery and Customer Content
Customer Content includes the URLs, instructions, and files you submit, and the output and captured pages generated for your account. It may include personal information present on the pages or in the files you ask us to process.
| Provider | Purpose | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Cloud infrastructure for running the Services. | Customer Content and service data processed by the hosted systems. |
| Cloudflare | Hosting and delivery of shared snapshots and related web services. | Captured pages and associated assets, request information, and visitor network information. |
| Vercel | Hosting the website and dashboard. | Account and request information, and Customer Content displayed or handled through the hosted application. |
| Modal | Compute infrastructure for Expand's page-processing models. | Page images, representations, and other inputs sent to the hosted models. |
